with parking or head lights on the turn signals ativate the brake lights and indicators in cluster act crazy. with parking lights off, brake lights and turnsignals work perfect. replaced all bulbs, bcm, flasher unit, trailer wiring is good with no shorts, wiring harness to rear block is good, replace rearblock, not sure where is to go. Any body ever had these issues, any help would be appreciated.

Got it guys thanks for the help. Just bought the truck. Once I got schematics, no problem. Factory harness looked factory but it wasn't somebody had cut g401 out of the equation which is the rear junction blocks main ground. Added one, everything is fixed.
