02' 5.9L Cummins Problem

My truck is currently disingaging the trans or something when i'm hitting curve to the left while riding. it also does this when i'm coming of a stop turning left, i accelarate and turn left and bam it does it again. i do not know wether its the trans. Please help!

Check your shifter rod and make sure its not catching in the steering. You could jack the front end up off the ground. Put the trans in gear and turn the wheel. With the engine off you will hear it shift out of gear.
 
smoken I check the cord but its not hitting anything. can it posively be a vaccuum coming from the 4x4 axle sending a signal to the transmission and causing it to disingage while i turn left or taking left curve
 
Yes, above suggestions, and also check your rubber transmission mount in between the Overdrive section and the transmission cross member. Just looking does not always tell you the answer as the rubber will separate from the steel and it doesn't look torn.

Remove the skid plate and remove the two 15mm nuts then put a floor jack on the transmission to release the pressure on the rubber mount to see if its separated.

If its torn it will let your transmission torque sideways during corners, and will pull your linkage from Drive to Neutral temporarily.
