This manifold is off a Cummins reman engine with 8,000 miles on it. It was in an RV but it is identical to the one on Hoesli diesel's website. The only differance I can see is the mounting pads on the top side and its a 2 piece. The part number cast into the rear half is 3943874.It was new when the engine was remaned. $115 shipped
