I have a 03, 3500 4wd with 160,000 miles on it with just intake,smarty, and 50hp injectors I was told. The last oil change I noticed a little more oil then usall and I could smell the fuel in it. I runs same would never notice it driving it. I was told before I bought it around 145,000 injectors were put in it don't know were to start with this, if u could help thank you!
