03 no start

I have a 03 with 372,000 on stock injectors, was getting long cranks when starting up for about a year then, this morning truck wont start at all. I had the truck on the scan tool about year ago and everything looked good on the rail pressure. I'm thinking i need new injectors. Any thoughts?

What's your rail pressure when cranking?

Don't know yet but I did tap on the fuel rail pressure regulator and it started up.

My wife's 03 is doing this, 105,000 miles. Won't start under 40 degrees without being plugged in. In a couple "we have to move this thing" situations, I have unplugged the grids and gave it a little whiff of ether and she starts.
Guessing injectors, but haven't hooked up a scan tool to test.
