04 6.0 wont start

was driving the truck the other day and it started losing power i parked it by the house then come back out and tried starting it again and it wont start at all. i noticed there is fuel on the intake and the drivers side of the block is oily/greasy. someone help me :bang
its a stock 6.0 automatic with 180,000

Turn teh key to the "on: position and see if any fuel squirts out of the fuel fittings by the fuel filter. When was the last time you changed the fuel filters?
