What all is billet in this tranny. I know you say its full billet but what exactly is billet. Does it come with a converter???

The tranny is full billet so basically the shafts. It comes with an ats five star converter set to 2200 rpm stall. There is a manual valve body in the tranny currently meant to be used with a slap shifter. Also the converter is set to be locked up using a toggle switch not the ats controller.
