05 dodge map sensor issue ?

Just wonderin if I really have a map sensor issue . I got high egt , crazy black smoke , very sluggishboost response in all areas, very slow turbo spool off the start pounds the smoke .[doesnt matter if i have my smarty on stock settings 30,60,or 90 hrs .when Im on the highway goin 75 lots of smoke like i got turbo lag bad . Went to place that specializes in injection and turbos .They told me I got no boost leaks and that I should try changing my map sensor . Changed my map s , truck responded very well low egts nice turbo spooling[turned my smarty on 90hr mild settings]very low smoke for a bit till I got a over boost code.[got an aroura 4000 turbo] Guess my smartys boost fooler aint workn any more . I had the code come up a few more times and now the truck runs even worse , Is there a change that code comin up a few to many times toasted my new map sensor [ cleaned and put my old one back in , little better but still very sluggish] Thanks J :bow:
 
Have you tried the new MAP without the smarty? Im sure it wouldn't spool the 4000 so much but have you given that a shot at all? I have an Edge box on mine (way diff) but it sets my MAP off all the time, goes into a "limp" mode. Sounds similar but you're sounds a little worse.

ya ive tryd almost everything , gunna try a new map and a boost fooler now c if that helps me . thanks for the reply
