What would fit look better 20x8.5" / 4.75BS
33/12.5/20 or 35/12.5/20 ?

What about w/ 2.5" leveling kit.

yes you can get a 35 in tire with a that spacer seen one the other day at the ford dealer looked just right, guy said he was glad he did it to
 
With a 2.5" leveling kit you can clear the 35/12.50s

Stock, not going to happen without shimming the bumper out and pulling back the inner fender liner at a minimum.

I have 7000lb Ford coils on my 07 so it sits up pretty good and don't have a ton of room around my 325/60R18s (33/13R18s) on 18x8.5s with 5.14" Back Space.

With the 20x8.5" / 4.75BS wheel & 2.5 leveling kit
a 35/12.5/20 will clear correct?
The 4.75 BS will work.
