05 Running Rough And Smoking

Wondering If Anyone Has Had Any Issues With Compression On A Cr Cummins That Is Stock. Thought I Had A Injector Issue But After Replacing Them With Some Reman Bosch Injectors It Is Still Running Rough And Smoking Bad. Checked The Compression And I Have 1-6 160,160,450,542,450,540. I Thought Minimum Is 350, Wondering If I Have A Headgasket Between #1&#2 Blown. Anyone Have Any Issues Like This? The Truck Has 150k. Thanks

I would be pulling the head and looking at the headgasket between 1 and 2.

Either The Head Gasket Is Blown, Piston Rings Are Broken, Or Cylinder Walls Are Washed. Either Way You Need To Pull The Head.
