Buddy of mine has a problem.

2005 cummins with 48re. New industrial injection 60hp injectors (new not reman). Bully Dog with Scary Larry. Injectors were replaced 6 months ago to find out #4 piston was cracked and valve seat was gone. New piston, rings, rod were put in #4. New headgasket and valve seat as well. It's ran fine since. Now there is white smoke out the exhaust, and blow by like a chu-chu train. Runs smooth and has about same power as before. I'll be able to tear into this weekend or next. Also each exhaust port is same temp and compression is 380-390 on all. Cylenders. But compression test was done on cold engine. Not hot. I'm thinking the crack/hole is heat orientated and widens with heat. Any ideas??
