06-09 front bumper

I have the factory front bumper off my 06 3500 that i'm looking to get rid of. it is the chrome with painted upper cap on it. The cap is painted black. has some surface rust under the cap and back edges, think it will clean up with a polish. also will be missing one fog light. Located in delphos ohio, don't want to ship asking 150 obo
