I'm building a diesel 69 Camaro that is starting to suck up money, so I'm selling my daily driver 06 with between 9 and 10,000 miles on it. Many know the truck here. Here are a few additions to the truck.. Interior has leather, full gauges, CD with ipod jack, etc.. Loaded.. Exterior has been shortened to accept the short bed. Also has 20'' wheels, tinted windows, 10,000 pound hitch, etc.. Performance wise here's a small list of some of the parts.. HTS trans with Suncoast converter, Suncoast programmable lockup box, 3.42 gears, twin turbos, PPE dual fueler CP3 pumps, studs, DDP injectors, fluidampr, electric fans, crazy larry, MP8, Hellmann intercooler, 5'' silverline exhaust, small nitrous kit that is very easily used, caltracs, rancho shocks, Airdog fuel system, rear fuel cell, etc.. Has run 102.5 in the eighth mile, and 128.7 in the quarter on street tires.. Also gets 23 mpg running 78 mph. The times and mileage are with the smaller turbos. I'm currently waiting on a new set to arrive from DDP. They are a 64-13 over I believe an S400-80. I also have a new set of valvesprings on the way. The truck has been driven to KY and back to FL two or three times. It's fast, gets good mileage, and always dependable. I'm hoping the new parts will get it in the low to mid 130's in the quarter mile.. If a person installed some actual slicks, it should be a solid 10 second truck. How deep in the 10's, I don't know. It was presently on the show Pass Time where it ran 11.57 at 127 on 20'' street tires with a very slow 60' and pedaling. The asking price is $40,000. I'm willing to accept partial trades for a Jeep diesel Liberty or Cherokee, nice inclosed trailer, or possibly some sort of other toys (boats, atv's, etc.). Here's an 11.57 at 127 on normal 20'' street tires.. I don't know of any other 2x4 that's come close to this on street tires.. It's been quicker. The 60' was in the 2.1-2.2 range which leaves a lot of room for improvement. The new turbos are in, so it should be much quicker now. I will also consider taking something on partial trade that gets crazy fuel mileage.. Please feel free to ask questions.. I may drive it to the Comp D race in Steele, Alabama. I want to set the fastest mph for a cr dodge and then drive it home.. The truck is paid for and good to go..

Thanks.. I hate to sell it, but I want the funds to make sure the camaro is a dependable single digit driver.

Oh shoot. I'll trade a bag of cookies to sit shotgun on one run. My God, I'd mess myself and then sell my firstborn to be able to afford it. And I don't even HAVE a firstborn lmao. Not joking on the cookies trade tho...

The truck is still for sale. Somebody buy it so I won't keep spending money on it.. haha.. The new twins are now installed.. It ran 128.7 mph in the quarter on diesel only, and 131.7 with a very small shot of juice. Also, a roll bar and racing harness is being installed right now so it can be run legally in pro/unlimited street. If I don't sell it before I get it to the track again, I'm shooting for 135 mph next time out..
 
I need to focus on one diesel racer at a time. The camaro will be completely crazy next year. I'm hoping to have it at TS.. As long as I have this truck, I'm afraid I won't be able to leave it alone.
 
I would love to have that in the garage, but I can't justify $40k for a single cab...sweet truck though, hope it sells quick...:rockwoot:

Awesome truck Brad. It was good meeting you. Hate to see you get rid of it. If it were about half the price, I'd take it off your hands.LOL
 
Been faster now. Added a roll bar, 5 pt harness, and a 10,000 pound capacity hitch for weight. Ran 11.16 blowing a boot off between the eighth and quarter. Also got on the brakes. 60' was right at 2.0. I just deleted TM, so next time at the track should be very interesting. I broke my hand, so it will be difficult to change tires and make passes for a few weeks.
