06 f250 rear bumper swap question

I have an 06 f250 currently that I have done the 08 tailgate swap on. I have seen a few pictures of 08 tailgates on the 6.0 trucks. Is this a pretty direct swap or is there some customizing involved in this?

the rear bumpers will not line up perfect, but they line up pretty good... you should be fine....

Is the rear bumper a direct bolt on though?
