06 No Start

Working on a friends 06 that will not start. He said it died and would restart for a few seconds and died again. Won't start at all now. Has an active p0622 generator control open. Inactive p2502 and p2503. Had charger on cranks at 190rpm. Rail pressure is around 4500 cranking. Cam and crank sensors are reading rpm. Not sure what to check next. Any ideas? Thanks
 
Not positive but I thought the ecm needed to see 4730 rail pressure to fire the injectors. If it'll start with a sniff of ether my bet would be injectors bypassing too much fuel.
