06 wont engage to 4wd low

I got a 2006 dodge 3500 6spd with a electric shift transfer case. Wanted to use 4wd low to back a trailer yesterday and it wont engage. It goes into 4wd high just fine but when trying to go into low the little green light will just flash. Any ideas on what this could be or to check? Thanks!

I'll throw the stupid answer out there. Was it in neutral before you went to 4low?

Is this a Manual Trans Case or Electronic?

Bad Actuator?

Electronic shift transfer case and yes truck was in neutral while tryin to shift

I'm thinking weak actuator. Which is weird because its usually the most unused part on the truck. My 08 will go in but takes forever to come out. Theirs nothing I hate more than electric tcases
