.093 lines idle nice with the Dragon Fire VP44

Finally got the .093 lines & .093 connector tubes put in Diva's VP44 2.6 puller.

Idle is pretty smooth with the occasional fluctuation that you can hear but not see on the tach.

Yes, I know Industrial's site says .093 tubes & lines are required, but initially it did not.

We did try just the .093 lines originally, (connector tubes didn't come in yet), but it wouldn't idle worth a crap.

We haven't had any time to drive it but from what we're told it showed make a noticeable difference!

We'll see how it runs this weekend at RPM fest.

I had .084 lines and tubes on mine with the dragon and it idle like stock, except when I first put it into gear and when coming to a stop.

Maybe its just me, but it doesn't look like it is getting that much fuel. That pump is suppose to put out 140% more and it doesn't look like it.

I haven't noticed anymore fuel in the dragon pumps than a hot rod pump.

That was with no boxes on it. I think Garrett said he fried the ADR. the night before.

I don't think any electronics will help, seems to be pretty much maxed out like it is.

The pump seems to be putting out all it can without a chip or programmer, adding a chip/programmer will not really make that much of a difference.

I noticed that lastnite as we tried a couple different things and nothing made a big improvment.

They are about $1995 now(still more than I paid for mine), they make decent power for some one who does not want a box. Still not worth the 2 grand though, somebody got a hell of a deal on mine.

I've seen some SO's with a few mods done to them that run a soot cloud that would rival a P-pump.

my 24v smokes way more than my buddies 12v and he has the same injectors and basically no afc housing.
