my truck added like it had dead pedal 3 freakin times on the way home ran the code and it came up this
 
p1021- engine failed to start due to mechanical fuel or ignition conditions
 
yes but dont know why the truck drove fine the rest of the day no more codes
 
I wouldn't worry about it unless it comes back, it could be bad fuel or something related,

was this just out of the blue? or did you change something recently? computer gliche possibly
 
dead pedal sounds like fuel supply, apps, ecm, mostly inj pump. don't worry it'll show up sooner or later
 
not sure but ya'll think it could be you tps but when my VP went out it would feel like dead pedal then it would pick back not sure tho
 
now its done it about 3times in 2 days i guess i will find out for sure when it jsut want go it will be wasier that way
 
sorry man, I've never heard of this code being thrown, maybe it's ecm or pump related, but I'm not sure!

is the truck hard to start at all? or you just getting dead pedal?
