12 valve 60# valve springs

I have 6 brand new 60# valve springs for a 12 valve. These came with my PacBrake and I already have 60# springs in my truck.

does the intake valves ever need springs? i dont get why only the exaust side need springs but not the intake? do you have any idea?

I recommend both sets if running over 3K but just exhaust if using an exhaust brake.

i only have had exhaust springs for over a year and hit over 4k almost every time i drive it and have had no problem, will be putting intake springs in this winter though...

I know that when I didnt have the 60# springs I bent a couple of exhaust pushrods, never the intakes though.

If it were me, I would do all of them. Its just that I have 6 of them and would like to sell them to a member for cheaper than you can buy them at Cummins.
IIRC, 3 years ago they were $11 a piece.
