12 valve head, tst #4 plate, and tst 4gsks

How "big" I guess you say is the #4 plate ? A friend wanted me to find him one for his stock (so far) '98 12v.
 
Where are you at? Interested in the head, is it in good shape? Valves, springs, rockers etc included?
 
mileage on the head? condition, pictures? will you be at numidia, july 18th?
 
head is on the motor right now will come with everything dont need it i have the block with everything to if anyone is interested.

the four plate is pretty demanding
 
What else would I need to run it correctly? "0" is the most demanding isn't it? thanks.

yes a 0 plate is the most aggressive and most fuel, but you don't need anything to run just grind it and go, but i hope you don't have a stock tranny or stock clutch because its enough additional power to tear either one apart.
 
It's a manual. I need something to work with a stock clutch; at least for a short time. It can be babied most of the time if need be.
