.120 injector lines

I have a buddy that got some .120 injector lines for a hell of a deal cab he run them on his truck with a stock pump and stock cross over tubes he has 5x14 injectors quadzilla adrenaline 4k and a 63 mm turbo will he have problems

his truck is probably not going to like them. if he dosnt chose to run them he will need to advance the timing somewhere between 2 and 4 degrees because of the retarding from the lines.
