who should i send my 12MM pump of my 97 to to get it set up. and any idea's what it cost's.
 
Columbus Diesel Supply...

Mine cost $1800 to get tuned with some injector work as well, around $15-1600 for the pump work.

Oh yeah, btw...mine is set for 650cc's full forward, 5300RPM free rev, 4800 with fuel, laser cuts, drilled holders...and I can't remember everything else

another vote for columbus. it puts out some serious fuel, but is still driveable with the right charger(s) and set-up.

it puts out enough fuel to make 1167hp with an open bottle of nitrous sprayed into the turbo, and it still didnt clean it all up. and thats a 12mm 215 pump

I knew I should have took my bottle to the last dyno day:D

Mine did 551/1083 with the plate slid all the way back, with the HE551v 71mm VGT

I vote Columbus as well. I was quoted a lot less than they posted but mine is a reman with low miles and only needs to be turned up not parts.

i actually got 2 215 pumps, 1 is on truck in good shape, the other well the truck had a dead miss in it, changed the pump and it went away. i probably need to send the good one in right?

Or send the bad on so you can get it fixed and have a good spare for back-up :Cheer:
 
i vote Columbus 100% i talked to Dan up there $1,200 for my pump to get maxed out tuned and have 5k springs put in it he told me it will flow 570cc to 620cc just depends but great guy

what pump did you send them ford cummins? 160hp 180hp or 215hp p7100?
 
Adam (NEsmoker) has a CDS pump IIRC Chris (Signature600) has one I think.

I have good used columbus tuned 215 pump that I would sell.
 
I have over 700cc's of fuel on my 913 pump. $800 bucks to get it wound out.
