12mm vs 13mm pump

Am i thinking about this right? making 800 hp on a 12mm, pump which i would think would run leaner than a 13mm pump, would run hotter than making 800 hp out of a 13mm pump because u dont have as much fuel. I may be totally wrong just made sense to me because i know fuel will cool a motor to a certain extent.
