Auto or Manual? If it is a manual all you need is 17* timing, AFC modded/tuned, deep#100 and possibly some small injectors like 330's. I am pretty sure my truck was at/close to 400rwhp with no plate AFC foot shaped to a #100, rack travel in AFC free'd up and 18*-20* timing.

370 injectors
16.5 degree timings
HX 35 turbo
4K springs
AFC and plate full forward
stock DVs
Valair inc clutch
Tweaked Overflow valve

Hot up top but made 400 rwhp....

is a number #100 fuel plate or a #8 fuel plate bigger? or wich will allow more fuel?

you can look at my sig i did 438 last weekend. you may not be able to take the timing as high as i did cause i have orings and extra tq on the bolts to hold. it only reached about 1200* without having an intercooler on it.

pretty much what everyone else has said as far as the simple mods usually the simple mods to the afc and injectors along with a good fuel pump can make close to 400.
