12v buildup need info

I am going to pull the 24v and build a 12v... what I wanting to do is build a competitive local puller (tired of the durmax) I need to know what delivery valves, holders, injectors, lines, timing, possible cam,... for the turbo I plan on using my 2.8 hx 50 and wantin to turn 4500 rpm or so...dont want to spend over 2500-3500 on it

the transplant motor has 380 thous on it....probably goin to put bearing and rings...( love to build a stroker motor)
