12V IH Block

I have an International stamped 12V block, will need to be bored out due to piston on cylinder 6 was smacking cylinder walls and there is some rust on the cylinder walls where the block has sat. This is a bare block, has oil filter housing the two timing gears on it, oil pickup tube, and an oil pan but pan is smashed on two of the corners.
