I'm told there's a spacer on the fuel heater that I need in order to run one. I've got the fuel heater but there's no spacer on it or the lift pump. Its about 3/4"-1" wide. Does anyone have a pic or a part number or something that I could use to make up the difference? This is the only part I need so I can rig up the lift pump and then ill be set for when my pump gets back. Thanks.

The fuel heater is the spacer between the block and the lift pump, at least that's how my truck is. I just by pass the heater and leave it on there. Or you could cut the heater off and just use the tab its cast on...

H'mmm. Ill try again but the heater bracket ain't that thick. Thanks guys.

It's only about 1/4" thick. I thought about making one when I replaced my lift pump and bypassed the heater, but was in a hurry. It would be pretty easy to make, just basically a trace of the mounting surface of the lift pump. No problem.
