12v rods ? best #

ive had several sets of rods laying around here that i have sold over time only seen england, brazil and finally seen a set of USA. when i list them on fleabay everyone always wants the usa rods are these the better ones this is what is going in my 97 motor if so.

I have heard the english ones are the best, have heard the mexico rods are the best, have heard the brazilian rods are the best. While the made in USA ones would be nice, seems that the "best" rod is a matter of opinion.
