12v rods in a 6.7

Do the 12v rods directly replace a 6.7 rod? If not what needs to be done to run them. Going for stock compression.

I put a set of 12v rods in a 6.7 and the rod caps would hit the cam lobes the cam lobes (from what I seen in that motor was wider)so I had a stock 5.9 cr cam I stuck in it and its been running great for since the lobes where around a 1/8in wider the rod couldn't side between the lobes but that's the only problem I had with it

I just flipped the rods opposite of the stock cr rods, I put a 188/220 Hamilton cam and 12v rods in it and it runs awesome.
