I have 140hp injectors been reading up on the he351cw off a 04 to 07 cummins 5.9 and seeing that a bunch of people are putting them on a 12v is it really worth it!!!!! Wanting to get about 400hp or so thinking on a fuel plate to dk yet

I think at 400 horse it would be warm. Maybe not too bad though with a ppump

I just recently swapped one onto my 97 for fun or to say I did I guess. I'm just running stock injectors, no fuel plate, mac plug, and 19* timing. Runs great and can hit 40psi of boost and about 1700 egts. I made my own downpipe, used the stainless diesel charge pipe and spring gate but didn't realize the spring gate was only for the turbo being mounted with the manifold flipped so I made my own mount for the spring gate and just tightened the spring down to where it won't open since I couldn't use it. I'd Recommend a 63 or 64mm like a BD super B special or something. I'm not sure what all the hype is about a he351 swap but I did it and wasn't that impressed lol. Oh and don't forget to modify the manifold by drilling the stud holes out to use bolts. As far as the cover modification. Just pull the actuator out and either pin or jb weld the bypass hole shut, pull out the boost reference nipple and drill and tap it to 1/8th npt and put a plug in it. For plugging the actuator hole I just used a 2nd gen oil pan drain plug and cut 3-4 threads off since it's the same thread pitch as the actuator.

Thanks I haven't made up my mind yet cause I keep getting told different stuff a few people just say put a wicked wheel in the stock turbo

The he351 is a stepping stone turbo and you are already past that with what mods you listed. The super b special or a 63/68/14 is more your need imo. Or a set of compounds.

You could have more fun with that HX35 while getting ready elsewhere.
Grab some gov springs, head studs, valve springs, rack the barrels, exhaust manifold/port match, exhaust.
That'd get you in a pretty good place to just swap to a bigger turbo later. I'd say valve springs, head studs, and gov springs are going to be cheaper and more fun than a 63mm turbo alone.

I just put one on my 24v, so far I really like it, but I'm going from a turbo that was too big, hot and smokey. With the knowledge that I'm probably already past this being an ideal turbo, and the intent of adding possibly a S475 for compounds when funds allow.

A compound setup for $1400?!
Are you planning on expanding your website to show kits, or is it going to continue to be a phone only kind of setup?
I'm curious to check out the set you're talking about.

No sir. I should have made it more clear. The twin kit will be in $2000 range with the primary. The HE351 style HX35 can be purchased for $100 off if purchased with the compound kit. We are finalizing pricing in the next 1-2 weeks and a real website for purchasing.

Stock everything with 140hp injectors

Wasting your time if you don't put governor springs in it. That'll be the best mod to do at this point. 140hp injectors, GSK and a stock turbo is a fun responsive vehicle. Gotta watch the temps and the smoke, but it was a snappy combo.
