I can't help but congrats on that time with a gear grabber!

Add the water meth system to keep it cooler and pour the fuel to it :evil

NOS might be your best choice though, it will help the turbo spool a touch quicker.

450-500 or so, it would really depend on the skill of the driver though.

I think it'll take more than that. I never did it while I was around 500, not even close. I do have a 6 speed and not a 5 though. Same goal here too. I'm at 600 or so now, just need to go to the track and try it.

The main thing you'll need is plenty of clutch! Yes, driver skill will definitely play into it.

What kind of HP would it take to go 13.9?

Raceweight, traction, track conditions all are very significant aspects.

There have been 6-sp Duramaxes stick trucks running low 13's with about 500 at the tires, so even 450rwhp would give you a solid shot at Helmet Country.

I made 13.992 with my 5-speed!

Dont know the numbers on the dyno yet because our dyno day is March 10th.

SHIFT, SHIFT ,SHIFT! << Practice makes (close to) perfect.

lol

close to that with a 5 speed 2wd.... at around 6000' elevation... (12 v)
With traction i'd be in the 13's for sure
