PO1492 "Battery voltage too high" keeps popping up after every drive. Can anyone tell me where the battery volt sensor is located?

Not a clue but mine would occasionally pop that one to. Never figured out why but it seemed to have quit.

There is usually a sensor on the battery tray. I'm thinking that I may have forgotten to plug it in when I changed the fenders. I don't remember seeing one though.

Battery voltage or battery temp? There's a battery temp sensor under the battery tray that was left unplugged on mine when the dealership redid the cruise control that I finally found one day while mounting my snow pump. But that always popped a battery temperature code. Not a battery voltage code.

I'm not sure.? I was told by a friend that 1492 is "Battery voltage too high". I'll have to research this & see.

According to Edge products DTC listing PO1492 "Ambient battery sensor volts too high".
