16" vs 17" wheels

I was told that running 17" wheels is best for pulling right now I am running 16s but making a lot of changes and trying to decide if running 17" wheels would be beneficial

There is a difference, but not much. A reason why 17's can be better is because 17" wheels are the new norm, so tires for 17's will be a little less in price and a little easier to find. If you already have 16" wheels, I wouldn't bother switching.

tires for a 17" rim are more expensive than a 16" rim.

also depends on tire a 33x12.50x17 sts on a 10 inch wide rim measures 12 inches while a 33x12.50x16 on a 10 inch wide rim only measures 10 inches of tread
