This guy chit me out of $180. All members beware. He's refusing to refund me for some parts I never received. Im not going away Logan! I promise you that you will spend way more than what you owe me fighting this. If I have to take off work and drive to Ky. to see you in court I will. Have a nice day. Good luck on selling your part. ;)

Parts were shipped to him, they went out USPS, not my fault that USPS screwed up, nor do I believe he never got the parts, I guess this argument will eventually be settled, but for anyone attending the buffalo valley drag race this weekend I will be in attendance and will bring the pump, so u can't see exactly what it is and proof that I don't screw ppl nor trash there name on the Internet

See his stance fellows. He says its not his fault USPS lost package nor is it his fault he lost his tracking number so I must be the crooked one who got the parts and is now trying screw him.

Look, I know that I sent the rods out, my story has never changed, I have sold probably 50 or some odd parts on various forums in my life all the sane procedure, all sent through usps and never have I had an issue, it's very immature of you to get on here and tell ppl not to buy my parts, If your frustrated that's fine but keep it to yourself did u see me get on her and say hey homewrecker screwed me and is trying to turn the blame on me so don't buy his parts? No, that's immature and not what I do, if you really get authorities involved then the postal records will be looked up and you will see that I have been honest and my package was sent and either lost, or sent to a wrong address, none of which I had part of not do I insure that, from now on all my packages no matter how minuscule will have double the price worth of insurance on them, so events like this cannot happen, I'm sorry you didn't receive your parts, but there is a much more civil and mature way of going about this issue then the approach your taking

Does not seem like to give two fuks about resolving this issue with the buyer.

I wish you would go and have USPS present you with tracking info so you would see I did not receive a package. As far as the immature side, you chose to ignore messages and calls from me for weeks and then you come out with this story of Im screwing you. I agreed to let you try and locate another set of rods to replace the "lost" set. I have no issues posting up all our text messaging in full on this thread for everyone else to judge who is getting screwed. I was civil in asking for my money to be refunded and you agreed but them dropped all communication with me. Thats ok though. All documentation from pm's, texting and copies of the cleared check are on there way to Boone County sheriffs department. Whether this is a civil or criminal matter I will see it through. You just have to ask yourself is that $180 going to cover all the mess thats about to get dumped in your lap?

What can I do? give him his $180 back on his word that they were misteriously lost in the USPS system? Would you buy that

I went to USPS office they wouldn't let me access there records, being I had lost the receipt w the tracking number on it you've got my number so why don't you text me and lets talk not argue like we're doing now

He told me that you've been MIA, might want to pick up the phone when he calls, or you might be 'in the jailhouse now'

No need to take this behind closed doors at this point. I will except a $180 refund in a postal money order like you offered via text weeks ago.

WUnderwood, homewrecker,

You lost the tracking number and receipt then it's on you, that little piece of paper is about the only way to cover your ass when shipping USPS, if you actually had a tracking number it would be a different story.

Agreed that is like the title to a vehicle stating you have done your part. I always have them saved until the buyer receives his or her items. I also provide it up front if requested and sometimes even if not requested. Its good business on top of being being ethical.

Homewrecker is a good friend of mine and a man of his word, if he said he didn't receive the parts then rest assured he didn't.

This is why I almost always send a picture of the shipping receipt to a buyer so that they can confirm the address and see the tracking number with their own eyes.
