Tried to search this and couldn't find much. I've read a decent amount about the changes made to these transmission. I'm researching wether or not I'd have the ability to attach a Cummins to a 1965 727TF transmission. I'm sure that I can't, and even if I could I'm sure the engine will kill the trans pretty quick. The trans is currently attached to a 383BBD which in stock form should be in the neighborhood of 330hp and 450tq but at a much higher RPM.
