1967 Oliver pulling tractor

I got an Oliver 1650 Diesel set up for pulling. Weight racks front to back and custom pulling hitch. Brand new 18.4-38 Goodyear dura torque's with one pull on them set on 20" pressed steel wheels. New cordura seat. New injectors and injection pump set 20% over stock putting out 88hp. Strong puller. It does need a paint job and may need a ring job as the motor has not been touched at all that I know of. Previous owner said he rebuilt it but I think it was a crock. Looking to get $4,500. You are correct. 283 waukesha. Same block and as 310 just smaller diameter. Even the head gasket is the same for both. It is a wide front end. There are many secrets out there for these motors but like I said the motor needs to be tightened up a bit first before anyone added more power. Still a good running tractor.
