1968 W200 12 valve swap

My cousin just bought a 1968 W200. Its in decent shape but needs some work. Now it has a 318 poly with a 4 speed. We are thinking of swapping a 12 valve with a nv4500. What all will need to be changed? Will a Dana 44 handle it? Will the frame need to be boxed? Has anybody seen a swap like this one? If so can you share some info and maybe some pics. Nathan

I'm working on a 64 but it has a 440-6 in it now thinking the same (12V) just don't have cash right now.
