1989 5.9 cummins

I have a 1989 cummins and i am going to be putting it in a 79 plymouth trail duster i want to make 500-600 hp does any one know what set up will be needed to make this hp? I have a 12mm p pump and injectors,lines,innercooler i need to know what injectors and turbo combo and do i need to fire ring or girdle the block to make this hp or will it live without it thanks in advanced for the help

I wouldn't fire ring the block. More fuel, more timing and more air

p pump? thats easy with a p pump, send it to get benched with 400 cc's of fuel, good tranny and allot of air
