it's probably the breather... ditch the catch bottle on the front and extend the hose...

down? lol below the oil pan at least, or if you want to get fancy you can route it along the oil pan rail and make it come out below the starter..

are you talking about the timing case? They did use some of the old timing cases in 1999. It may be a dowel pin issue.

yes could be.. that would be a massive oil leak.. like gallon per day...
It's not on my truck. I'm selling some 12v parts and I had someone ask me about using my 12v cover on his truck. It sounded like he had a pretty good leak and was told that there were issues with that cover. Sounds like what was covered in the video. Thanks for the info.

No Problem You are welcome. I know they said they had some old style cases but I don't see how a vp and a p7100 could use the same cover but maybe they know something I dont.
