Iv never heard of needle bearings in cam journals who sells them?

Most all racing gassers all put them in for cam journals, maybe you know them as roller bearings?

Ok that makes more sense are diesel guys just putting them in the first and last journals and where do you get them. Iv heard some guys use bearing in the journals and some dont are they needed? At around 5k. Bump for ya dont mean to jack thread
