First one has everything a new one would have still on old software so will need updated more then likely at some point, i plugged it in the other day its 100% unlocked. It did shut off on me once don't know what that's about.

second is just xrt pro race 100% unlocked and updated
The cord has a short or something and wont keep it powered up so needs to have the usb cord connected to a power source while tuning.
