Anyone know anything about these? Im thinking of buying one but it has a blown head gasket. It's in a cabover with a landscape body on it.

Not sure if its cut and dry putting a head gasket on this truck? is it much like putting one on a cummins?

Hopefully the head gaskets aren't to expensive?

Wet sleeved motor. Individual aluminum heads.
It happens to have MLS gaskets. At 75psi boost, they won't blow. I do have experience with this motor at that psi.
What makes you think it has blown gaskets?

Never saw a blown gasket. (not sayen it can't be)
Every time I had a problem, it was a cracked head.
A sweet little engine, but does have it's issues. Aluminum heads. 22.5:1 compression. Etc etc.
I can't recommend getting one. But, if it's the truck you want, you could put a 4bt in place fairly easily.
