I'm looking into getting some spunk into our 2000 E350 van. It's got the 7.3L powerstroke, non-intercooled and non-wastegated turbo. It's a good van but it lacks acceleration power above 45mph and takes forever to top out at 85mph. It's a box van so I know it's aerodynamically challenged.
I don't have much cash so what are some simple ways to extract a bit more power out of it?
Too bad it's not like my Mercedes, I'd love to be able to just turn a few screws for some power.
