2000 excursion v10 cummins swap

New to these forums so sorry if I'm in the wrong place. Just bought 2000 excursion going swap for 12v. Plan to use the trans that's in it for now. Ultimately want five speed of some kind was wondering if anyone has done the five speed in an excursion.

5spd choices are limited to the 5R110 unless you're talking about NV4500 5spd.. in that case that's easy

My excursion is a 4x4 sorry left that part out. Will the 4500 bolt to the ford transfer case.
