I got a truck here that has bad problems starting. sometimes you go to crank the truck and it will fire up the first time. other times you will go and have to try anywhere between 5-15 times. The truck is throwing a po122 code which is the tps and i don't see that causing problems. The only mod it has is a raptor 150 pump and the pressure is turned all the way down to 22 psi. Ive looked at just about everything i took it to the dealer and asked them to reflash the ecm and they knew nothing about it. does this sound like a ecm problem to you guys?
 
I think i would spend the 160 bucks and get the timbo apps.Sometimes over 20 lbs will make it start hard.Sometimes the overflow valve will have a hard start problem.Ecm ,i dont think so.Make sure everything is grounded.Including the ecm.

I will double check the grounds. The truck was doing it with the stock lift pump also. And the pressure on that was 15 psi.
 
Get the apps your going to need it eventually anyway. Try that but a pump swap is in your near future.
