01 two wheel drive Cummins 5 speed. Has 240,xxx miles and is bone stock. Slt package power windows, locks, tilt, cruise, cloth seat with tear on driver side thats been stitched back up. Has normal cracked dash. I just serviced everything. Transmission, rearend, oil/ filter, fuel filter and air filter 800 miles ago. It has a cracked passenger side dually fender. Truck was a former Cummins service truck. Tires and brakes were done right before i got it about 10,000 miles ago. $6500

I wouldn't be scared of a 53 block with that many miles. I have a 2000 that has 215,000, with a 53 block that was beat on pretty good for about 8 years before I owned it. All you have to do is, maintain the truck and take care of it and, I don't believe you'll have any problems.

Trucks averaging 18mpg right now and I have a 3.07 geared D71 out of a 90 Cummins truck I could throw in for a little extra if someone wanted to do a single wheel or short bed swap on it.
