OK, I'm down to the AC on my conversion. I'm using the Sanden SD7H15 with a new condensor, and dryer. What has worked in the past or what not to do? I plan on PAG 46 the compressor some, and the rest in the dryer? The Ford's calls for just under 3# of r134a and plan on using the Sanden's oil capasity? Which I don't know for sure? Any input would be appreciated! Does the new compessor work well with the F350's system? I hope so, Thanks for some more info, Artie

Works fine on our truck. We used the ford spec for the oil, which wound up being what was already in the new compressor we got for it.
We went with the ford spec on the refrigerant but wound up adding a little more. it works great even with the modified air box to clear the twins plumbing.

OK, so nothing wierd? I'm trying to find a oil capacity for the Dodge, or did you put in the amount for the Ford? What manifold on the AC compressor did you use? I had to make mine...
