2001 Manual swap

I'm buying a 2001 cummins with a shot automatic and I want to either put in a 5 or 6 speed manual. I was wondering what all parts i'm gonna need to do the swap? I can use all the info you can give me thanks guys

Well i'm picking it up this friday and when i drove it, it wouldn't go past 1st. is there anything wrong with your manual?

Nope 125k on it with a valair DD with 5k on it. What do you want for everything to swap mine over?
