2003 1500 rear axle options

I am looking for options for the rear axle in my 1500 before i put the slicks. The 9.25 with the locker has held up nicely so far on street tires. I haven't had any luck finding upgades especially since it is c-clipped. Anyone have any ideas on alternative axles and still be able to keep the factory speedo working that gets its signal from the rearend. Thanks ahead of time for any suggestions.
 
ya....what our estonian buddy said. its about as good as it gets for us before spending serious coin. key is finding one.

i just ordered my locker for my 9.25...we shall see.
 
Only thing i hate about the dana 60 in the SRT10 is that it is still a c-clip axle. Locker in mine has held up good. Pinion crush sleeve, not so much.
 
I have a 04 AAM 3500 SRW 11.5 w3.73 gear that sends the signal to the speedo for sale.
