2003 CR shift indicator not showing park, horn going of?! HELP

Hey guys I have a 03 CR having multiple issue so here. When I shift the truck into park, the dash indicator will not show that it's in park, it is in park though. Now another thing the 4 ways on the truck keep going off totally out of the blue. I have to go out to the truck and move the shifter to get the lights to go off. Also when I shift the truck into park the horn goes off, not all the time just sometimes. Need your help thanks!
 
Your shifter cable has something wrong with it. Sometimes they can be adjusted and you better hope so because they are on back order everywhere.
 
Damn that's crazy, how do you go about adjusting it, on the steering wheel side or transmission side?
 
Search adjustment of BTSI unit. The brake interlock is out of adjustment 75% of the time, then readjust the shift cable.
